What You’ll Be Doing
  • Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors as they arrive
  • Help visitors sign in and provide basic directions or assistance
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls, or take messages as needed
  • Answer questions or help connect people with the right team member
  • Keep the front desk organized and stocked with forms and supplies
  • Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Prepare outgoing mail when needed
  • Track visitors entering and leaving the community
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and organizing paperwork
  • Prepare guest meal vouchers when needed

What We’re Looking For
  • A high school diploma or GED is helpful
  • Front desk or customer service experience is a plus
