We're Hiring an Administrative Assistant! White Oak Manor of Columbia

White Oak Manor of Columbia is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is more than an office job. You'll be a vital part of a healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting the people who serve them every day.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

No weekends. Consistent schedule. Great team.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but some of your responsibilities will include:

Scanning, copying, faxing, and organizing documents
Answering phones and helping direct calls
Greeting visitors, families, residents, and team members with a smile
Assisting with Accounts Payable functions and invoice processing
Managing records and maintaining accurate files
Data entry and administrative support projects
Supporting various departments throughout the center
Helping keep the office running smoothly and efficiently

We're Looking For Someone Who

Enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service
Can juggle multiple tasks while staying positive
Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Has experience in an office environment (healthcare experience is a plus!)
