Description
SUMMARY:
This full-time on-site position is focused on reception and outbound physical mail, including copying, scanning, filing and other administrative responsibilities. This law firm receptionist also involves certain tasks associated with legal documents, and correspondence. In this position you will need a strong work ethic and be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment. This is a full-time onsite position in our office in Clackamas, Oregon. No legal experience necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Providing reception, answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system.
โ€ข Document scanning, copying and mailing.
โ€ข Working independently at times filing legal documents in dedicated file room.
โ€ข Consistently and accurately updating case management systems.
โ€ข Retrieving and responding to a variety of clients and internal firm requests via phone or email.
โ€ข Learning basic legal documents and terminology.
โ€ข Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
โ€ข Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
โ€ข Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
โ€ข Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and borrower information and firm processes.
โ€ข Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.
โ€ข Ability to carry 10 pounds or more
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

EDUCATION:
