Accountabilities:
As a Senior HR Administrative Assistant, you will support HR operations and leadership activities by maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring day-to-day priorities are handled effectively.   • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.

  • Support performance management processes and compliance-related documentation.
  • Coordinate HR meetings, prepare materials, and track action items and follow-ups.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, HR trackers, and administrative documentation.
  • Support payroll documentation and other HR-related administrative activities.
  • Provide daily administrative support to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation systems, and administrative workflows.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a highly organized administrative professional with experience supporting HR functions and leadership teams. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work environment.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR administration, executive assistance, office administration, or a similar support role.
