Job description

Overview
Administrative and enablement position supporting assigned Sales Leaders and the broader Revenue leadership team with operational, pipeline, and coordination activities. This role is responsible for supporting sales, marketing and revenue operations, maintaining CRM and pipeline data, coordinating outbound campaigns, managing administrative activities, and preparing materials and reporting that enable efficient execution of sales and revenue generating processes.
Report to: Chief Revenue Officer
Employment Status: Part Time (25-29 hours per week on average). Typical schedule to be determined based on business needs.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for assigned Sales Leader(s).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Assist with commission reconciliation and related reporting.
  • Monitor and prioritize email correspondence, escalating items as appropriate.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for leadership meetings.
  • Build and maintain Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospect lists.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy through ongoing data management and pipeline updates.
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Generate reports to support pipeline reviews, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, including LinkedIn outreach, direct mail, and handwritten card campaigns.
  • Support implementation and adoption of sales enablement platforms, including CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and assist with sales campaigns and prospect engagement.
  • Maintain sales collateral and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and logistics.
  • Organize departmental documentation, records, and shared resources.
  • Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
  • Serve as a point of coordination between Sales, Revenue, Marketing and internal business partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Birdie, Oliv, or similar) or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports and tracking key metrics.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Credentials and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, administrative, executive assistant, or similar business support role.
  • Experience supporting a sales organization or customer-facing team preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms preferred.
