Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Assistant Administrative to join our growing team!
Legacy of Delano is a fun filled Senior Living Facility, located right off of Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn's. It has 51 total units, between both Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Delano is a growing community with compassionate team members, who help our residents AGE Magnetically, join our team today!

Position: Administrative Assistant
Hourly: $17.50 - $22.50 hourly, depending on experience
Service Area: 1350 Saint Peter Avenue East, Delano, MN 55328
Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Monday through Friday, 8am-430pm

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
  • Scheduling.
  • Printing and sending statements.
  • Ordering supplies (key fobs and pendant management).
  • Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
  • Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
  • Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
  • Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills.
