eHR Application Analyst (Risk Management & Insurance Platform)

Overview: CommonSail Investment Group is a holding company focused on creating exceptional living and healthcare solutions for seniors. We are seeking an Application Analyst responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the ECP electronic health records platform (eHR) and related business applications. This role serves as a technical and functional resource, supporting daily operations, configuration, reporting, integrations, vendor management, user support, and enhancement initiatives. In addition to ECP, the position is expected to assist in the administration and support of a broader portfolio of enterprise and departmental applications, helping ensure systems are reliable, secure, well-documented, integrated where appropriate, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, maintain, and support the ECP eHR application platform
  • Manage user accounts, security roles, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, procedures, reports, analytics, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
  • Support application upgrades, testing, releases, and change management activities.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, support processes, and technical specifications.
  • Assist with data imports, exports, integrations, and data quality initiatives.
  • Support application governance, security, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
  • Administer additional enterprise, departmental, and SaaS applications, including configuration, user access, workflow setup, reporting, integrations, release coordination, and vendor support as needed.
  • Partner with business owners to evaluate application needs, standardize administration practices, prioritize enhancements, and support adoption.
  • Maintain application inventories, ownership documentation, support models, configuration records, and operational procedures for assigned platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, health information systems, etc.
  • 3–7+ years of application administration experience.
  • Experience supporting ECP or other eHR application platforms.
  • Strong understanding of application administration, configuration, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, APIs, integrations, and data management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience administering multiple business applications or SaaS platforms across different functional areas.
  • Ability to learn new application platforms and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, personal care, or senior living business.
  • Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, Docusign, reporting tools, APIs, or HL7 knowledge.
  • Experience establishing consistent application administration practices, including access management, documentation, release coordination, issue tracking, and vendor escalation.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications and vendor-managed platforms.
