IHCS provides an Integrated Delivery System in the home setting, which includes DME, Respiratory, Home Health, and Home Infusion services. IHCS has a select network of Medicare and/or Medicaid Certified and Accredited providers to respond to the needs of our patients – 24/7. What will you be doing:

  • Prints Health Plan claims and supporting documentation from Brightree and MedTrac. Including "on-hold" claims.
  • Verifies claim accuracy on all required fields.
  • Verifies all supporting documentation (invoice, LOA, POD, etc.) matches the items billed on claim.
  • Scans claim and supporting documentation into a designated shared file.
  • Mailes out claim and supporting documentation to appropriate health plan.
  • Sort and distribute department mail daily.
  • Additional projects.
