Warranty Administration Specialist
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SANY America team, SANY America is seeking an experienced Warranty Administration Specialist for reviewing, processing, and managing warranty claims to ensure compliance with company and heavy industry policies and procedures. This role supports dealers, customers, service teams, and internal departments by ensuring timely and accurately claim resolution and documentation. Effective communication with cross-functional teams is one of the key factors that help proceed with the claim in the correct direction.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Warranty claim management:
    • Review and process end-to-end warranty claims submitted by dealers and service locations in the proper time manner.
    • Ensure warranty claims comply with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and legal requirements.
    • Verify machine repair reasonableness, evaluate standard labor hours, mileages and parts usage, as well as comprehensive documentation.
  • Dealer and internal communication and collaboration:
  • Communicate with dealers and internal teams regarding warranty claim status and requirements.
  • Provide suggestions and guidance on warranty procedures, documentation standards and claim submission processes.
  • Assist internal teams with warranty-related questions.
  • Warranty documentation and system management:
    • Accurate maintain warranty claim documentation.
    • Manage data within warranty management systems, like CRM platform, Salesforce, etc.
    • Monitor claim aging and ensure timely processing and closure.
  • Warranty reporting and analysis:
    • Generate warranty reports and summaries as required.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warranty operations.
    • Assist with tracking warranty trends, recurring failures, and claim metrics.
    • Identify abnormal warranty patterns or high-cost issues for escalation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business administration, Automotive technology, Heavy equipment technology, or related field.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, SIS, or related systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering, heavy equipment technical understanding preferred.
  • Passion for continuous learning and knowledge accumulation, with the ability to think independently and develop solutions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, strong patience to understand policies and regulations.
  • Bilingual English/Chinese preferred.
