Position Summary

RedViking is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support commercial operations and sales execution. This role is responsible for maintaining customer and sales data, managing CRM lead routing, coordinating representative and certification programs, supporting contract administration, and ensuring efficient day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain customer accounts in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Maintain accurate sales, customer, and opportunity data.
  • Route inbound leads to the appropriate sales representatives and track follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate manufacturer representative onboarding, documentation, and certification requirements.
  • Support contract administration, including customer agreements and terms & conditions review workflows.
  • Maintain records of contracts, renewals, and commercial documentation.
  • Generate sales reports, dashboards, and other commercial metrics.
  • Assist with quotes, customer communications, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, trade shows, and other administrative activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales processes and data management practices.
  • Responsible for order entry and management of customer purchase order portal access, ensuring accurate processing and timely updates.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration, commercial operations, or related roles.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Smart Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial equipment industries.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
