Job description

Executive Assistant Job Description

Executive Assistant will work directly with the court appoint Conservator to complete various administrative tasks. In this role, you be responsible for working with the Conservator to ensure overall office tasks are completed.  This will also involve building relationships with the Probate court team and numerous other teams you will encounter. 30 hours per week to start (Can become full-time as company grows) Work schedule: Monday to Friday 4 hour per day (flexible) Duties include but are not limited to:  File new court case docs  Perform annual court reporting.  Setup new client files  Review and schedule hearing information on Turbo court  Filing  Order for both clients and office as needed.  Open and distribute mail.  Use Teams to add tasks to staff workload.  Answer phone  Act as back but to support staff.  Ability to quickly and accurately enter data excel client system.  Process Banking and social services request  Prepare client billing for private/state clients.  Process payroll (as needed)  Communicate effectively with clients and other team members.  Maintain client confidentiality.  Participate in internal and external meeting/court hearing.  Keep update records/notes on each client (as needed)  Maintain client files.  Use Word and Excel as part of Microsoft Office tools. The Requirements  Enjoy being an advocate for those who need help.  0–2-year experience in client-facing role  Some college experience preferred.  Demonstrate strong problem-solving capability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include phone conversation and email communication.  Demonstrated analytical ability, strong decision-making skills, and conflict resolution.  Ability to work independently.  Strong time management and organization skills  Solid working knowledge of computer software packages including MS Word and MS Excel  Strong attention to detail.  Goes above and beyond current role requirements.
