Location: Canton, MA (Remote)

Description:
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)The Admin will also be involved in training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Expertise and Consultation: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all Delinea-related inquiries and issues. - Provide expert advice on the configuration, troubleshooting and management of Delinea products. - Has previous experience with account discovery scripting and password policies. - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Delinea's product offerings and updates.
2. Administration, Support and Management:
- Support the Production issues and deployment of Delinea solutions. - Ensure that all configurations and customizations meet client requirements and industry best practices.
Work on policy creation, policy templates and password management including password complexity handling.
- Monitor and manage the performance and security of Delinea installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Delinea products.
3. Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for clients and internal teams.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective use of Delinea solutions. - Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving the performance and management of Delinea solutions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements. - Contribute to the development of internal processes and standards for Delinea product use.Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
- 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on Delinea products.- 5+ year Extensive knowledge of Delinea's product suite; specifically, Delinea Secret Server- Experience in Power Shell, 8+ years experience in SQL- Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with training and documentation development.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Delinea Administrator) are a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
