The Role

As the Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of our grain terminals. Reporting to the Regional Terminal Manager and working closely with existing administrators, you’ll assist with various daily tasks, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and clear communication between departments, locations, and producers.

Day to Day
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries promptly
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing in compliance with auditing standards
  • Assist with the settlement of both internal and external accounts
  • Support grain contract drafting, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
  • Help maintain HACCP/GMP documentation
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and locations to meet operational needs
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
  • Previous experience in or familiarity with the grain industry is an asset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Application Suite and able to quickly adapt to new software
  • Post-secondary education (degree, diploma, or certificate) in a related field is an asset but not required
