Job description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support our warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Process shipping and receiving documents, including labels, invoices, and packing slips.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound trucks and coordinate with carriers.
  • Track shipments and resolve shipping or receiving issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
  • Support warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails; and provide administrative support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or above.
  • 1+ year of office, shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
  • Warehouse or inventory experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
