This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, understands the value of personalized healthcare, and the impact of patient choice in health coverage.

You will spend time in dialysis clinics, engage with eligible patients and caregivers, and build trust that leads to informed health insurance decisions. You'll also work closely with care teams and local leadership to understand how the care management program works alongside strong health plan benefits to support this patient community.

Note: You must possess or be willing to obtain the required licensure to educate on health plans in the state of Texas, called the General Lines - Life and Health License . If you are selected for the role but do not possess the required licensure, DaVita will reimburse the cost of obtaining the licensure.

Position Details:

  • Ideal candidate will reside in Arlington, TX

  • Commute to Davita clinics in surrounding areas

  • Required to be in Davita clinics 5 days per week between 7:30 and 2:30

  • Travel to Denver HQ 1-2 times annually

  • Mileage for daily commute reimbursed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the value-based care program's affiliated health plans within dialysis clinics and the surrounding community to raise awareness, build trust, and support informed patient coverage decisions.

  • Build strong relationships with in-clinic staff-facility administrators, social workers, and administrative assistants-to facilitate coordinated, compliant marketing efforts.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the plan's benefits, eligibility criteria, and the role of care management in driving better health outcomes for members.

  • Partner with assigned brokers to support enrollment of interested patients.

  • Communicate plan and program information in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner-ensuring CMS marketing guidelines and internal compliance guardrails are followed.

  • Identify barriers to engagement and provide insights that improve our local marketing approach.

  • Track engagement and field activity metrics to support performance evaluation and continuous improvement.

  • Potential to represent the plan at community events or engage existing members for retention activities.

  • Travel to clinic locations at least four days per week to speak with kidney care patients, caregivers, and clinic staff.

  • Occasional option to work Saturdays and evening events, if desired.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Active Texas General Lines - Life and Health License

  • Medicare Advantage marketing experience strongly preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, insurance sales, grassroots outreach, or community engagement preferred.

  • Proven relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong personal organization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).

  • Must reside near Arlington, TX areas and possess a valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation-a majority of time will be spent inside dialysis clinics or traveling locally. (This role will drive their personal automobile to get from one clinic to another; DaVita will reimburse mileage costs).

  • Bilingual / Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for connecting kidney care populations with healthcare options tailored to their needs.

  • Confidence to communicate clearly, compassionately, and compliantly about health plans and our care program.

  • Curiosity to learn and explain how care management complements plan benefits.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving pilot environment.

  • Drive to help build and scale a locally rooted, high-impact marketing model.
