About the Role

Join EURO-ASIAN BLADES INC as an Office Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and keeping the business running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with management and team members to support both office operations and basic accounting functions.
Responsibilities

  •  Manage daily office operations and general administrative tasks 
  •  Review and process invoices through online platforms and systems 
  •  Work within QuickBooks Online and similar accounting tools 
  •  Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff 
  •  Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation 
  •  Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence 
  •  Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support when needed 
  •  Support accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required 
  •  Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory 
  •  Check and distribute mail and correspondence 
  •  Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner 
  •  Run occasional bank errands and assist with operational tasks 
  •  Collaborate with team members and management to improve office processes 
  •  Take on additional administrative duties as assigned 
Requirements
