Job Description

The ICM System administrator will help the client install the case manager tool built on top of legacy FileNet P8 platform in a WebSphere/Linux based environment. Administrator will provide direction in the areas of gathering and validating infrastructure requirements, ensuring infrastructure pre-requisites are met and provide hands-on direction to other system administrators for COTS installation while creating comprehensive installation and deployment instructions document. Will be working closely with the design and development team in troubleshooting and resolving any open infrastructure/COTS configuration issues.


5+ years FileNet P8 and/or Case Manager installation experience in diverse platforms and integration requirements. FileNet P8 and Enterprise Content Management Architecture exposure and large scale administration experience. Deep understanding of IT systems, Hardware and Software and integration. Understanding of IT Best Practices and ability to apply to customer situation.


Required: 

Demonstrated previous knowledge and experience with installation and configuration of  Case Manager and or  FileNet P8 platform - including but not limited to: CE/PE/CPE, AE, IER, ICN, Cognos, WebSphere 7.x or later, along with troubleshooting required

Demonstrated previous experience administering, installing, upgrading, supporting FileNet Version P8 5.1 or later required.

Demonstrated previous experience with content management tools: Content Navigator, Case Manager,Forms, Enterprise Records, and Workflow development is preferred. 

Demonstrated previous experience with Websphere 7.X and Linux platforms.


Desired:

5+ years of architectural design, consulting experience, management of technical teams, and thought leadership working with multiple technology platforms.


Job Duty 1 with 60% of time - Case Manager and related components installation and configuration

Job Duty 2 with 20% of time - System Administration 

Job Duty 3 with 10% of time - Capacity Management and Infrastructure Forecasting 

Job Duty 4 with 10% of time - Troubleshooting COTS installation and infrastructure issue
