Job description

Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Part-Time Remote Office Assistant to assist with administrative tasks, customer service, and scheduling. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate job timelines, and update calendars.
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and maintaining organized records.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support the sales and project management teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Follow up with clients regarding project updates, payments, and service inquiries.
  • Manage correspondence and draft emails or reports as needed.
  • Perform other remote administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, office assistant, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
