About the Role:

The Administrator – Projects and Warranty plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution and management of project documentation and warranty processes within the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between project teams and clients to uphold contractual obligations. The role demands meticulous attention to detail to track warranty claims, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. By effectively managing administrative tasks related to projects and warranties, this position supports operational efficiency and enhances customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Administrator contributes to the successful delivery of projects and the resolution of warranty issues, safeguarding the company’s reputation and client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within project management or warranty administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries.
  • Familiarity with warranty management systems and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports.
