The Enterprise Content Management team facilitates document scanning and storage activities for
the County of Sacramento. The team is looking for an administrator to augment some specific work
efforts. We are in the middle of a project to migrate FileNet users and groups to another domain. We
have a light flow of Kofax administration work. We are in the beginning stages of a very large project
to migrate FileNet content to SharePoint Online. We expect this position to be able to contribute to
those efforts.
*Job Duties*
* AD Account and Group migration between domains.
* Kofax Capture product administration and desktop client installation.
* Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments, including *site collections, hub
sites, communication sites, and team sites*.
* Create and maintain *content types, site templates, lists, libraries, and PnP Searches* to support
business processes.
* Manage *document libraries, versioning, permissions, retention policies, and metadata*.
* Monitor and optimize *SharePoint storage usage*, request and configure storage increases when
needed.
* Implement and enforce *governance and security best practices* across M365/SharePoint
environments.
* Run and maintain *PowerShell scripts* for automation, reporting, and advanced administration
tasks.
* Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into SharePoint solutions.
* Troubleshoot issues related to *SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams integration*.
* Manage *user access, groups, and permissions* across M365 services.
* Work with Microsoft support and vendors on escalated issues.
*Required Skills*

* Strong experience with *SharePoint Online administration*
