Job Description
Provides a full range of varied, multi-skilled clerical, and administrative support under general direction that requires creativity, and independent, discretionary judgment, and confidentiality to ensure that the needs of the internal and external customer are met. Reports to assigned supervisor.
  • The administrative assistant II will provide support to the practice including: scanning, faxing, processing purchase orders. Provide coverage to the administrative team as needed.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipated needed supplies, placing and expediting orders using Kanban system. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Two years previous administrative experience.
  • Basic keyboard skills with proficiency in use of personal computer.
  • Excellent communications skills.
