The Role S3 Group Ltd. in Swift Current, SK is looking for an experienced office administrator to assist with administrative duties from mid-August until end of December, 4 - 8 hours per day, Mon - Fri.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Vouchering
  • Bill entry
  • Consolidation and scanning of documents
  • Timecard entry
  • Filing and organizing
  • Ensure files and documents are complete, accurate, properly kept, and organized
  • Other office duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Ensure all tasks are performed with the highest regard for safety, as outlined in our Safety Manual
