In addition, a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will be expected to:  

  • Provide direct services to scholars as individuals and/or groups 

  • Provide consultation to teachers 

  • Consult and collaborate with other school personnel in gathering and giving information on a case and in establishing respective roles in the modification of the studentโ€™s program 

  • Maintain sufficient case records and follow referral and tracking procedures 

  • Maintain sufficient case records to meet state regulation requirements, document status as need, and provide staff with up-to-date management and assessment data when needed. 

  • Serve as a member of a team that will develop an individual education program for each of the scholars enrolled. 

  • Other such duties as required by the Special Education Administrator. 

The pay rate for this position is $25/hour.
