Job description

HR Admin/Assistant

Location: Chaska, MN

Duration: Full-time

Job Duties for this role include:

  • Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments
  • Support HR filing and end of year HR file maintenance
  • Create a positive first impression for all customers, employees, contractors, vendors and guests
  • Support of recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Updating informational boards throughout the plant and sending communications (i.e. monthly newsletters, wellness communications, etc.)
  • Event planning for employee recognition (births, anniversaries, etc.) and organizing meetings and lunches
  • Managing company apparel store, seasonally
  • Perform other work as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Flexibility due to a fast work environment
  • Collaboration skills and able to work through ambiguity
  • Need to read and write at a 12th grade level.
  • Can read and follow procedures, processes and specifications written in English.
  • Can demonstrate attention to detail.
