Job Description Shift Supervisor - Hutchinson, KSThis is a full time, exempt level position.Position Summary:This position is responsible for shift supervision of the grain operations at the Hutchinson, KS facility.Job Responsibilities:Prioritizing & maintaining a safe work environment in line with ADM's safety priorities including Performance Excellence and a commitment to achieving Zero injuries.Total commitment to people safety, food safety, quality, environmental compliance and process improvementResponsible for all plant operations on off shifts and as needed weekends.Supervise and manage hourly work force on assigned crew (approximately 7 people).Working knowledge of all equipment, systems & processes.Responsible for training and developing SOPs.Assuring housekeeping standards, production, and quality to meet plant needs.Assist in managing necessary spare parts, predictive & preventive maintenance programs to support efficient operations.Labor relations and application of Company Safety & Work rules.Coordinate with internal contacts such as Operations team, Commercial Team, Maintenance, Health & Safety and Plant Superintendent.Excited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
