Job description

Job Title

Load and unload grain trucks. Set up and run facility equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Basic house keeping including sweeping and shoveling of grain. Otherwise to include all general job tasks required at ADM Grain Elevators.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent is preferred. Class B license with airbrakes or CDL if not currently in possession, will need to obtain within 6 months of being hired.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operate truck dump. Load and unload grain trucks. Operate MCC controls for equipment. Perform maintenance on grain conveying equipment. Keep work area clean. Measure bins. Fumigation of grain. Operation of bulk weighing equipment. Operation of bin temperature monitoring equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and stairs. Ability to adapt to ever changing job responsibilities. Exhibit regular and prompt attendance. Willing to work overtime, weekends and nights. Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed. Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
