Course:Introduction to Linguistics

This course covers the basic concepts and theories of linguistics, including syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. Students learn to analyze and describe language structure and use.

What You Will Do:

  • Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

  • Preferred: Master's in Science in Computer Science OR Master's in Statistics or closely related degree AND proficiency in AI theoretical concepts and Python.
  • Minimum: Bachelor in Computer Science or Bachelor in Statistics or closely related degree AND 18 graduate credits in AI.
