Role Overview
  • Build accurate, production-ready 3D garments in Browzwear aligned to Walmart requirements
  • Translate 2D CADs, tech packs, and physical samples into high-quality 3D assets
  • Own the end-to-end 3D workflow, from setup through final delivery
  • Ensure accuracy in fit, fabric simulation, color, and construction details
  • Serve as the internal point person for all Browzwear development and troubleshooting
  • Partner closely with design, CAD, and product teams to support development and approvals
  • Establish and maintain efficient 3D workflows and standards to support speed to market
  • Evaluate and implement Browzwear updates, tools, and best practices as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D fashion design, with a focus on Browzwear software (e.g., VStitcher, Lotta).
  • Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and sewing techniques, with the ability to create realistic fabric simulations and textures.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for fashion, technology, and creativity, with a commitment to driving positive change in the industry.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects and proficiency in Browzwear software.
  • Experience in the fashion industry or related fields at a senior level is preferred.

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Secaucus, NJ office
PAY RATE: $95,000/yr-$115,000/yr
