Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Field Service Representative to provide on-site and remote technical support to our clients located in Nassau County. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in computer support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients to resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients in a field service capacity, travel to Nassau County required.

·       Provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

·       Communicate clearly with clients to understand their technical needs and explain solutions in a user-friendly manner.

·       Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.

·       Document service activities, including issue resolution and client interactions, in a detailed and accurate manner.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.

·       Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

·       5+ years of experience in computer support, field service, or a related technical role.

·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

·       Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.

·       Proficiency in [list specific systems/software, e.g., Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, or ticketing systems].
