Come Join Adelante as our Registration Operations Lead!
Looking for a role where you can lead a team and make a difference? This is your chance to keep operations running smoothly while supporting individuals with disabilities in building skills and independence.
What You Will Do:
  • Supervise daily operations of the registration desk and crew leads
  • Maintain workflow standards to meet quality and productivity goals
  • Meet daily with staff to review occupancy levels and operational needs
  • Review timesheets, attendance, and staff progress tracking
  • Conduct inspections and assist with scheduling
  • Prepare registration packets and manage guest check-in/check-out processes
  • Respond to guest inquiries (schedules, directions, general info)
  • Handle room access, linen requests, and guest support needs
  • Prepare and distribute daily rosters to management and security
  • Coordinate and report maintenance and repair requests
  • Complete and submit administrative paperwork accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures in a secure facility
  • Address and help resolve customer concerns and complaints
  • Support individuals with disabilities in alignment with agency standards
  • Maintain and update SASS system access and records (requires background checks and annual trainings)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay:
Job Type: Full-time Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Pay: $20.77 per hour
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year general work experience
  • Computer experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • One (1) year experience leading or supervising staff

Preferred:
  • Experience as a desk clerk in a hotel, motel or other lodging facility
  • Experience working with adults with disabilities

Other Requirements: Must pass a drug screening and a government background check, and have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 25 lbs., crouch, kneel, push, pull, kneel, bend, stoop frequently. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb 5 ft., crouch, balance and carry occasionally/ frequently depending on assigned duties. Adelante is a drug free workplace.
