Responsabilités principales:

- Répondre aux appels entrants;

- Faire la prise de rendez-vous pour le département du service en communiquant avec les clients par téléphone, courriels et textos;

- Recueillir l'information du client, de ses préoccupations et recommander l'entretien requis pour son véhicule;

- Confirmer les rendez-vous;

- Effectuer des appels sortants (campagne promotionnelle, rappel d'entretien, etc.)

- Pouvoir communiquer en français et en anglais afin de répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle bilingue;

Main responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls;

- Scheduling appointments for the service department by communicating with customers via phone, email and text;

- Gather customer information, concerns and recommend required maintenance for their vehicle;

- Confirming appointments;

- Make outbound calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.)
