This position is fully remote, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work from the comfort of their own home while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. As part of a detox center, your role will directly influence the recovery journey of individuals facing addiction challenges.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the needs and strengths of clients, utilizing evidence-based methods to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring they are compliant with both state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to perform chart audits and approve clinical documentation for individual and group sessions.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, establishing trust and professional rapport while navigating their recovery journeys.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for client care and engaging in clinical supervision.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives by providing feedback aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care delivered to clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in addiction counseling, dual diagnoses, mental health disorders, or employing evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong clinical skills complemented by excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.

While the minimum qualifications require three years of experience, we value applicants with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
