Our services range from skills training and case management to outpatient therapy and inpatient care, specializing in complex cases.

What We Offer with the Social Worker / Therapist position:
We have openings in Adult Addictions and Adult Outpatient Services.
  • Minimum starting rate of $60,900 for LSW, LMHCa, and LMFTa
  • Minimum starting rate of $72,155 for LCSW, LMHC and LMFT

What You'll Do as the Social Worker / Therapist in our Goshen Adult Outpatient Program:
Duties include:
  • Complete comprehensive assessments including risk and trauma
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment models
  • Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources and /or other providers in a culturally competent and trauma-informed manner
Requirements for the Social Worker / Therapist position:
  • LSW, LMHCa, or LMFTa required
  • LCSW, LMFT, LMHC highly preferred. required
  • Candidates with or eligible for a temporary license will be considered at a pro-rated salary.
  • Must provide diploma and official transcripts.
  • Those willing to set a flexible schedule that includes some evening hours.
  • Bilingual clinicians whenever available
