Revolution Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse Correctional for a travel nursing job in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Addictions Medicine – New Mexico

Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: New Mexico
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 48-hour weekly shifts (12-hour shifts), every other weekend required

Highlights:

  • Specialize in addictions medicine within a correctional healthcare setting
  • Manage medication-assisted treatment including Suboxone and Methadone administration
  • Patient ratios: 1:40-1:50 for detox, 1:50 for Suboxone pass, 1:70 for Methadone pass
  • Utilize Cerner charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support
  • 13-week assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Free parking and dedicated orientation program

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (pending licenses accepted)
  • BLS and ACLS certification required (no RQI certifications accepted)
  • MOAB certification (facility will provide 4-hour de-escalation training during first week if not already certified)
  • Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience; first-time travelers accepted with prior experience preferred
  • Experience in corrections, emergency department, medical-surgical, or detox/withdrawal management strongly preferred
  • Must reside outside 100-mile radius from facility
  • Ability to pass facility background check
  • IV skills, phlebotomy, and substance withdrawal management experience preferred
