As a Licensed Professional Counselor in our organization, you will work in a fully remote setting, enabling you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and client progress within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches and referrals as necessary.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice as dictated by licensure requirements and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.
