As a Licensed Professional Counselor in our organization, you will work in a fully remote setting, enabling you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. Our infrastructure supports teletherapy, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your home while maintaining connectivity with colleagues and clients through secure digital platforms. Our team is equipped with state-of-the-art tools to ensure effective communication, confidentiality, and client engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and client progress within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches and referrals as necessary.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice as dictated by licensure requirements and organizational policies.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship conflicts. Your ability to develop rapport and trust will be key in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their personal goals. With a focus on inclusivity, we honor the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their treatment process.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing counseling services in a clinical or community setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing therapeutic modalities appropriate for diverse client populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and techniques.
• Background in working with addiction and substance use issues is a plus.
• Knowledge of local resources and support services available to clients in the San Antonio area.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
