• Conduct detailed clinical assessments using solution-focused methods, interpreting findings to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients in overcoming their mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA regulations and internal standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and enhancing the collective knowledge of the team to improve client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, providing guidance on available resources and treatment options to foster a supportive recovery environment.
• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health practices, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various substance use disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proficiency in a range of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques to effectively tailor care for each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for fostering a constructive therapeutic alliance.
• A strong capacity for problem-solving and critical thinking will help you navigate complex client scenarios.

• Prior experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based intervention strategies will be advantageous.
• Experience working in community health settings or outpatient clinic environments is a plus.
