• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, employing solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive effective care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals, to enhance care coordination.
• Participate in regular peer reviews and case consultations to uphold care excellence and optimize treatment strategies.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, effective treatments, and community resources to support their recovery journey.
