About Us
Epic Minds Therapy is a growing ABA agency dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services to children and families. Our team of BCBAs and RBTs is committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for the clients we serve.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children who may benefit from ABA services. The psychologist will be responsible for independent diagnostic decision-making and ensuring evaluations meet ethical, clinical, and insurance standards.

This role offers a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary ABA team while maintaining full clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and developmental evaluations for children and adolescents

  • Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools (e.g., ADOS-2, cognitive assessments, adaptive functioning measures)

  • Provide differential diagnoses in accordance with DSM-5-TR criteria

  • Prepare detailed, insurance-compliant diagnostic reports

  • Communicate results and recommendations to families in a clear and supportive manner

  • Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical staff as appropriate while maintaining independent clinical judgment

  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state licensure regulations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or School Psychology

  • Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Psychologist

  • Experience conducting autism spectrum disorder evaluations preferred

  • Training in administration of ADOS-2 and other standardized assessment tools

  • Strong report writing and diagnostic skills

  • Commitment to ethical, objective, and evidence-based practice
