What You'll Do
  • Prepare parts for the powder coating process
  • Hang and mask parts on a moving production line
  • Clean and inspect parts before coating
  • Read work orders and follow production instructions
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable with strong attendance and a positive work ethic
  • Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
