Job Description

pureIntegration is seeking a highly motivated AdTech & Media Consultant to join our Media & Entertainment practice. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals early in their consulting or industry careers who are eager to develop expertise in advertising technology, digital media operations, and client service delivery. The Consultant will work closely with project teams to support the delivery of client engagements, perform research and analysis, develop project deliverables, and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.

This position offers significant professional development opportunities, exposure to leading AdTech platforms, and the chance to work directly with major media clients on some of the most complex challenges in the advertising industry.

This is a full-time position open to candidates based in New York. The annual base salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, plus commission, with final compensation determined by the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist in the execution of client projects, performing tasks such as data gathering, documentation, process mapping, testing support, and status tracking.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct industry and client-specific research to support project teams in developing recommendations, solutions, and deliverables.
  • Documentation & Deliverables: Draft meeting notes, business process flows, system documentation, reports, and client presentations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaboration: Work as part of cross-functional teams alongside more senior consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Learning & Development: Actively build knowledge of the AdTech industry, client businesses, consulting skills, and relevant technologies through on-the-job learning and training.
  • Communication: Participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal project discussions, contributing to team problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Marketing) is preferred.
  • Years of Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, AdTech, media, or a related digital advertising environment.
  • AdTech Expertise: Demonstrated interest in the advertising technology ecosystem, including CRM, OMS, programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, data management platforms (DMPs), CDPs, and audience solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to client recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clear and concise documentation and presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with peers and clients.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and concepts.
  • Willingness to Travel: As needed to support client programs (typically <35%)
