Arobas Personnel est a la recherche d'un(e) Technicien(ne) Support TI - Niveau 2 pour un poste permanent au sein d'un environnement professionnel dynamique situe sur la Rive-Sud de Montreal.

Votre role

Vous serez un intervenant cle du support technique, responsable de la resolution d'incidents et demandes de complexite intermediaire.
Vous contribuerez directement a la stabilite des systemes et au bon fonctionnement des operations TI.

Responsabilites principales

  • Assurer le support technique niveau 2 (et escalade au niveau 3)
  • Diagnostiquer et resoudre des incidents materiels, logiciels et reseau (Windows, macOS)
  • Administrer et supporter Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Gerer les comptes utilisateurs (Active Directory / Azure AD)
  • Configurer et maintenir les postes de travail et peripheriques (imprimantes, telephonie, mobiles)
  • Intervenir sur les bases reseau (VPN, pare-feu, connectivite)
  • Gerer les tickets dans un outil ITSM en respectant les SLA
  • Documenter les interventions et maintenir une base de connaissances a jour
  • Offrir un service professionnel, clair et oriente utilisateur

Profil recherche

  • DEC en informatique ou equivalent
  • 2 a 4 ans d'experience en support TI
  • Bonne maitrise de :
    • Windows 10/11, Windows Server, macOS
    • Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
    • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi
  • Excellentes aptitudes en resolution de problemes
  • Autonomie, organisation et gestion des priorites
  • Communication claire (francais), anglais fonctionnel
  • Forte orientation service et esprit d'equipe
