Nous sommes à la recherche d’un peintre industriel pour préparer les surfaces et appliquer des systèmes de revêtements protecteurs sur des équipements industriels et de l’acier de structure. Vos responsabilités

  • Préparer diverses surfaces de produits ou articles généraux en vue de l’application de peinture
  • Mélanger et appliquer les peintures, revêtements, époxys ou finis à l’aide de pistolets de pulvérisation, rouleaux ou pinceaux
  • Lire et suivre les bons de travail, les plans et les spécifications de revêtement
  • Inspecter les travaux complétés afin de s’assurer que les normes de qualité, d’épaisseur et de couverture sont respectées
  • Effectuer les retouches et les reprises au besoin
  • Entretenir et nettoyer l’équipement de peinture ainsi que les aires de travail
  • Respecter toutes les procédures de sécurité, incluant l’utilisation appropriée des ÉPI et des systèmes de ventilation
  • Manipuler, entreposer et éliminer de façon sécuritaire les peintures, solvants, produits chimiques et autres matières dangereuses, y compris les déchets

Vous excellerez dans ce rôle si vous avez:

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent, AEP en peinture industrielle (préférée)
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en peinture industrielle ou commerciale . Expérience en systèmes de revêtement industriel ou en contrôle de la corrosion (atout)
  • Formation SIMDUT (préférée))
  • Diligence, sens du détail et bonne organisation
  • Dextérité manuelle et coordination œil-main
  • Compétences mécaniques
  • Capacité à travailler seul 
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à s’adapter à un environnement de travail dynamique

We are currently seeking an Industrial Painter to prepare surfaces and apply protective coating systems on industrial equipment and structural steel. If quality, safety, and doing the job right are important to you, you will be a great fit for our team.


Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare various product surfaces or general items for painting
  • Mix and apply paints, coatings, epoxies, or finishes using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
  • Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and coating specifications
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality, thickness, and coverage standards are met
  • Perform touch-ups and rework as needed
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and ventilation systems
  • Handle, store, and dispose of paints, solvents, chemicals, and other hazardous materials safely, including waste


You Will Excel in This Role If You Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; AEP in Industrial Painting (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial or commercial painter
  • Experience with industrial coating systems or corrosion control (asset)
  • WHMIS training (preferred)
  • Diligence, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
