As a General Manager (GM), you’ll provide reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges. This position has an hourly pay rate of $19.25 and is eligible for performance bonuses.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems. 
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated). 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama). 
  • Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
