  • Partner with Client Services and Sales Strategy to scope and support new search/social business
  • Collaborate with the programmatic Campaign Management team to support omnichannel strategy conversations, bringing a high-level understanding of DSP mechanics, KPIs, and trafficking to those discussions
  • Work with Production and Ad Ops leadership to align search/social workflows with existing operational standards
What You Have
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing search and social campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar), including enterprise-level budgets
  • Deep technical fluency troubleshooting directly within search/social platform UIs (tracking, targeting, delivery, bid strategy issues)
  • High-level working knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem - DSPs, trafficking, and core KPIs (CTR, VCR, CPA) - sufficient to collaborate cross-channel; hands-on programmatic trafficking experience is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated experience building, organizing, or scaling operational processes or teams
  • Strong client-facing presence - confident leading strategy, setup, and performance conversations directly with clients
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets in Excel and BI tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (media, marketing, STEM, or economics focus a plus)
