Your Role:Quality AssuranceIntern-Elwood,KS(Summer 2027)

As a Summer 2027Quality AssuranceIntern with Elanco Animal Health,you will be part of theQuality Assuranceteam at ourElwood, Kansas'MonoclonalAntibodymanufacturingsite,supporting activities related to the oversight of manufacturing and distribution of commercial products. There will be several opportunities to gain experience in different areas within Quality, such as Quality Management System, Pharmaceutical Products, and Audits.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving identified processes within the quality organization.

  • Understand the Manufacturing processes and how Quality supports theoperations,productionprocesses,and business.

  • Work within cross-functional teams to support inspection-readiness activities, investigations, and continuous improvement projects.

  • Get real-world experience in the regulated environment.

  • Assistwith the production and analytical processesto ensurethey are carried out withappropriateQualitystandards.

  • Study design improvement process.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education:Currently enrolled in anacademicprogram with a concentration in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field) or Engineering.

  • TopSkills:Strongcommunication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, along with a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
