What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping operations moving safely and efficiently.

  • Operate overhead cranes to move structural steel materials (training provided)
  • Load outbound trucks using order sheets and staging plans
  • Organize and maintain inventory within assigned warehouse areas
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic crane maintenance checks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Follow PPE requirements and safe material-handling procedures

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ months of warehouse, manufacturing, or equipment operating experience
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
  • Overhead crane experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a semi-outdoor industrial environment
  • Comfortable handling and moving heavy materials throughout the shift
  • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
