FYAR is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through music, arts, and workforce development. We are seeking a Google Ad Grants Specialist to maximize our nonprofit advertising presence, drive qualified traffic, and grow community engagement. This is a great opportunity to apply your digital marketing skills towards real impact for at-risk youth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Google Ad Grants campaigns in full compliance with nonprofit program requirements
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent, mission-aligned search terms
  • Write and continuously refine compelling headlines and descriptions optimized for conversion
  • Monitor and improve Quality Scores through landing page alignment and ad relevance
  • Track and report on key metrics, including conversions, traffic quality, and campaign performance
  • Implement A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve results over time
  • Collaborate with the FYAR team to align messaging with current programs and events
  • Attend virtual check-ins and provide regular performance updates and recommendations
