About the Role

We are building our talent pipeline and welcome physicians for our Arizona area clinic. We look for part‑time and full‑time providers passionate about comprehensive primary care for women. Your clinical expertise in preventive, holistic primary care, acute and chronic disease management and desire to teach and collaborate will be integral to our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide preventive and primary care to women, including hypertension, diabetes, urgent care concerns, basic dermatologic conditions, STD screening, UTI & vaginal infection consults, pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding, birth‑control counseling, and other women’s health services.
  • Deliver holistic primary care services with a shared‑decision‑making approach.
  • Collaborate with nurse practitioners, acupuncture providers, and support staff.
  • Participate in teaching, collaboration, and engagement with the Tia technical team to contribute to the technology lifecycle.
  • Accept evening and weekend shifts as needed by schedule.
  • Serve as a collaborating physician for Arizona nurse‑practitioner programs and be eligible for credentialing with academic partners.
Qualifications
  • Medical graduate (MD or DO) in or eligible for board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Gynecology (preferred).
  • Licensed to practice in Arizona with an unrestricted license.
  • Ability to provide primary care and support all aspects of women’s health with compassion and empathy.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends and to be credentialed with preferred payors.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
