Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Coordinator for precious metals and numismatics guides people and processes to ensure that our numismatic coin projects are delivered on-time and produce the desired results. This person will be the go-to for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. This role works closely with and supports Account Executives to improve Osborne's market position and achieve profitable growth. The Inside Sales Coordinator builds key internal and external relationships and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions and customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the efficient execution of projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Maintain organized records, and create a post-mortem project summaries
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning a follow-up meetings
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Keep all information complete and up-to-date for all projects in Corporate ERP system (Acumatica)
  • Response swiftly and courteously to customer and internal inquires
  • Act as liaison between client decision makers and Osborne Mint Production leaders
  • Arrange and facilitate client debriefs
  • Produce project results while meeting deadlines and balancing other business considerations
  • Work in alignment with Osborne's Mission, Vision and Values; and policies
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years sales / project coordinator experience (Preferred); 4 + years sales / project coordinator related experience in lieu of college degree
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Work, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities; detail oriented
  • Strong time management skills; results oriented
