Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting a Locum Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a high-acuity, hospital-based opportunity in Dayton, OH. This is an excellent assignment for providers seeking a predictable weekday schedule, no call, and strong pediatric case exposure in a well-supported environment.

Assignment Overview
  • Start: August 2026
  • Duration: ~3 months (through mid-November) with potential to extend
  • Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00a3:30p
  • Call: None
  • Setting: Hospital-based OR
  • Volume: ~5060 cases/day across the department
Clinical Scope
  • Full-spectrum pediatric anesthesia (neonatal adolescent, with some adult exposure)
  • Broad case mix includes:
    • General pediatric surgery
    • Complex orthopedics
    • Neurosurgery
    • Thoracic (non-cardiac)
  • Mix of:
    • Hands-on cases
    • Supervising CRNAs in a care team model
  • Excludes cardiac and transplant cases
